By using this platform, you agree to comply fully with this policy.

1. Eligibility & Registration

Gigolos must be 18 years of age or older.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
Fake profiles, stolen images, or impersonation are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to verify identity and age at any time.

2. Nature of Services

GigoloDubai operates as a listing and networking platform only.
Any interaction, arrangement, or agreement between gigolos and clients occurs independently and privately.
Gigolos are responsible for clearly communicating the type of companionship services they offer.
Illegal services, including but not limited to forced activities, exploitation, or human trafficking, are strictly forbidden.

3. Professional Conduct

All gigolos are expected to:

Act with respect, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
Honor agreed-upon arrangements, boundaries, and expectations.
Maintain personal hygiene, punctuality, and courteous behavior.
Never engage in harassment, threats, violence, or coercion.

Failure to meet these standards may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

4. Consent & Boundaries

Mutual consent is mandatory for all interactions.
Gigolos must respect a client’s boundaries at all times.
Any form of non-consensual behavior will lead to immediate termination and possible legal reporting.

5. Health & Safety

Gigolos are strongly encouraged to maintain regular health checkups.
Safe practices and personal responsibility are expected in all encounters.
GigoloDubai is not liable for health-related issues arising from private arrangements.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Gigolos must protect the privacy and anonymity of clients.
Sharing client information, images, or conversations without consent is prohibited.
Recording or photographing clients without explicit permission is strictly forbidden.

7. High-Profile NRI Client Security Deposit

If a gigolo agrees to meet a High-Profile female client, a refundable security deposit must be paid in advance as per platform safety guidelines:
$150 for Normal / Regular Clients and $300 for High-Profile / VIP Clients.
This security amount is intended to ensure mutual safety, seriousness of booking, and commitment.
The security amount may be adjusted, refunded, or forfeited based on the mutually agreed terms between the gigolo and the client.
GigoloDubai does not hold or process this security amount unless explicitly stated.
Gigolos must clearly communicate pricing and any security requirements before any meeting.
Any additional requests, extensions, or special arrangements must be discussed and consented to in advance.

8. Legal Compliance

Gigolos must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
It is the gigolo’s responsibility to understand and follow the laws of the jurisdiction where services are provided.
GigoloDubai disclaims liability for any unlawful acts committed by users.

9. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for policy violations.
Modify this policy at any time.
Remove content or profiles deemed inappropriate or harmful.

GigoloDubai is a neutral online platform and does not endorse, promote, or guarantee any individual or service listed. All interactions occur at users’ own risk.
